Your privacy, explained simply
This page tells you how 8gent Jr looks after your information. It is written for you, not for grown-ups.
What does 8gent Jr know about me?
- Which cards you tap when you talk
- Your favourite cards and colours
- What voice you picked
- How you are doing in games
- What kind of phone or tablet you use
We do NOT know your real name, where you live, or what you look like. We never turn on your camera or microphone.
Why does it need to know?
- To help you talk faster. When the app knows which cards you use the most, it can put them closer so you don't have to search.
- To remember your settings. So every time you open the app, it looks and sounds the way you like.
- To fix things that break. If something goes wrong, we need to know so we can make it better.
We never share your stuff with strangers
Your information stays between you, your grown-up, and 8gent Jr. Nobody else gets to see it.
We don't give your information to other companies. Not ever.
We don't show you any adverts
No pop-ups. No banners. No "buy this" buttons. 8gent Jr is here to help you talk, not to sell you things.
Your grown-up can ask us to forget everything
If your parent or guardian wants us to delete all your information, we will. They can do it right from the app, or they can send us a message.
Once it is deleted, it is gone. We can't get it back, and neither can anyone else.
We keep your information safe
We use strong locks (called encryption) to keep your information safe. Only you and your grown-up can see it.
